Thanks for the Memos

To: Mitch
From: Andrea
Subject: Door Buzzard

As you know, even though it is very difficult for me to open the door promptly because of the buzzard being in an inconvenient place (i.e. on the wall and beyond my arm length) I have made a valiant effort to open the door for everyone. And most of the time, each person already has their door key in the door, but I still try let them in even when I'm away from the front desk and next to the terminal.

I bring this attention to you because it's been over a year since our discussion about moving the buzzard to a more convenient place and even though you have done nothing about this problem, I have made sure to let everyone in when I'm in front or near my desk. However, I overheard complaints about how I'm letting go of the buzzard too soon. At all the times I have tried to buzz people in, even though they already have a key in the door. Besides that , because of my back problems, I do not lean over while I'm sitting down like I use to. As you may or may have not noticed, I now stand up and buzz people in. As it is, I'm having trouble leaning forward as I'm standing up and still hold the buzzard at the same as I sometimes lose my balance. You may have been aware of this when I tried to let you in and my fingers slipped from the buzzard.

Since I'm still having problems with the door and now I'm hearing complaints, I would like to know what your intentions are in solving this dilemma. I would appreciate our getting back to me promptly on this matter.

P.S.: Please resolve this before review time.
