Thanks for the Memos

Some time ago, about 1985, someone sent a memo from a hospital pathology unit, which described the conversion of the men's toilet into a doctor's office and the domino effect it had on the elevator's transformation into the autopsy dressing room. Needless to say, I was hooked: "Thanks for the Memos" was born.

Since that fateful moment I have received (which is not to say kept, as it quickly begins to get ridiculous) some six or seven thousand memos. This section is dedicated to the pursuit of memos. Browse our offerings and be sure to send us your own additions.

Chicken Salad Situation

The chicken salad sandwich is good, but I want a friendly hostess, a table in non-smoking and I want to play cards while I wait for the food. Well, the restaurant owner doesn't see it the same way. You probably don't want to try and play cards again....
