Michael Interviewed... The Lady Chablis If you've read "Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil" you'll recall the character The Lady Chablis. A legend in the Savannah area, The Lady Chablis was a little concerned about being exposed as a female impersonator by the book, but once Good Morning America called, she got over it very quickly. It’s hard to look as good as a girl can at ten o'clock in the morning, but this is radio so some of the essentials got left out. For the whole story about The Lady Chablis check out the book "Hiding My Candy: The Autobiography of the Grand Empress of Savannah." Or check out the web site at www.theladychablis.com. Coming up in February, The Lady Chablis is heading to Marbella, Spain for her next film role. Problem listening to Real Audio? Get Help! There's been disease, fires, Revolutionary War battles, and Civil War intrigue, but they haven't named any schools after Sherman, yet.
